Salina Carty : Stonehenge and the Beaker People
Presented by Black History Studies Ltd The term �Beaker People� was coined by John Abercromby, based on their distinctive pottery drinking vessels. This civilisation existed around 2800 to 1900 BC and is the term for a widely scattered cultural phenomenon of Prehistoric western Europe starting in the late Neolithic or Chalcolithic running into the early Bronze Age.
