Kai's Trio - with vocals, piano and double bass, this ensemble has a characteristic jazz and cabaret sound, and performs similar repertoire. Celebrating Asafo! Mixed-Media Family Art Workshop
Join artist Gloria Ojulari Sule for this creative family workshop to celebrate Black History Month. Children and parents will work with Gloria to create a large mixed-media wall hanging using African textiles, brightly coloured tissues, papers and sequins. The workshop will take inspiration from African artworks, in particular the Asafo flags of Ghana.
Families will draw, stitch, cut and glue to create a collective artwork which will hang in the Rich Mix foyer. Come ready to get messy!
